When will I receive my order?

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Do I qualify for free delivery on raw food orders?

Yes! Orders containing raw food items totalling over £65.00 are eligible for free delivery.

  • The £65.00 minimum applies to raw food only, regardless of other items in the order.
  • Orders will incur a £9.99 delivery fee.

How do I return a product?

We're happy to exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't prove suitable. Please pack purchases carefully and return them to address 15/6 South Gyle Crescent Edinburgh EH12 9EB , in their original condition, with labels intact, within 7 days of receipt.
