Cat loves too much

My cat loves his catnip ball however after two minutes some of the stitching broke and the dried catnip fell out,

I’ve not really got an opinion on the King Cat Nip ball, however Jasper cat loves it. He knocks it about, rolls on it, pucks it up in his mouth and slavers all over it!

How do I return a product?

We're happy to exchange or refund any purchase that doesn't prove suitable. Please pack purchases carefully and return them to address 15/6 South Gyle Crescent Edinburgh EH12 9EB , in their original condition, with labels intact, within 7 days of receipt.
